Abstract:
Taking the second phase ( warehousing and logistics area) project of Yangtze River Delta (Shengze) modern supply chain industrial park as the research object, aiming at the problems of difficultproduct protection and long construction period in the construction of structural floor-on-grade, BIMsimulation technology and detail joint optimization method are adopted. On the premise of ensuringstructural safety and construction quality, the reverse construction technology is put forward, that is, the2-layer structure is constructed first, and then the 1-layer structure floor-on-grade operation is carriedout. The results show that the technology can complete the construction of the floor-on-grade structurelayer at the same time as the construction of the 2-layer structure, effectively improve the constructionquality and project progress, and solve the problems of long construction period of the floor-on-gradestructure layer and difficult protection of finished products.
